& Realign is a private 1:1 coaching experience for women who are leaders in their personal and/or professional life, and who are deeply tired of pushing through misalignment. It's an opportunity for women to take a moment and focus on things like nourishing their mind, body and spirit, implementing healthy boundaries, getting the support that they need personally and professionally, reconnecting with themselves in a way that's most meaningful in this season, renewing their confidence and realigning the vision for their lives. Women come into Renew & Realign wanting different things, but they often leave with the same feeling. They feel more grounded, more clear and more of themselves. This coaching experience supports women in: Letting go of the constant push and learning how to move with more ease Creating boundaries that actually protect their energy instead of draining it Feeling supported in ways that do not require explanation or justification Reconnecting with themselves beneath the roles, expectations, and pressure Rebuilding confidence that comes from self trust rather than performance Realigning their vision so that life feels intentional again Refocusing on their holistic wellbeing (mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, etc) What’s included in this coaching experience: We’ve purposely kept the structure of Renew and Realign simple. It includes Four (4) private 1:1 coaching sessions One, 90-minute deep dive session to slow down, listen deeply, and gain clarity Three (3), 45-minute sessions to integrate, reflect, and realign Mindful online chat support between coaching sessions Gentle practices and reflections to support your mind, body, and spirit Renew and Realign Investment: $2,500 Renew & Realign is designed to be an accessible way to experience this work while still offering depth, care, and meaningful impact. It provides focused, personalized support during a season when many women need space, clarity, and grounding more than another goal to chase. You may choose to purchase up to two (2) packages if you want extended support (8 sessions total, $5,000). Many women use professional development or wellness funds to invest in this coaching experience. Invoices are available for employer reimbursement or direct payment.
