Position Overview

We are seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned Business & Operations Manager to join our evolving company. This role is the strategic backbone of the firm, ensuring all internal functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining systems, managing projects, and supporting a thriving, people-centered company culture. This leader supports both the internal team and client-facing operations, enabling the CEO to focus on the vision, relationships, and growth.

As the “right hand” to the CEO, supporting the day-to-day operational flow of the company, this position is ideal for someone who is equal parts systems-thinker, executor, and relationship-builder; someone who finds joy in building behind the scenes so others can thrive out front. 

This part-time position also provides operational support across several key areas, including team coordination, finance, culture, compliance, and business development. The role involves facilitating internal communication, calendar management, report generation, supporting onboarding processes, assisting with contract and invoice tracking, and ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards. On an as-needed basis, the position may also support proposal development and coordination related to new business opportunities, develop and refine business operations systems, SOPs, and internal workflows to support our growing firm. All responsibilities will be prioritized based on organizational needs and capacity, with potential for increased hours over time.
