The Executive Renewal Experience is led by Camille A. Thomas, Founder and CEO of Vision Investment. Camille is an executive coach, strategist, and facilitator known for creating spaces where leaders feel deeply seen, thoughtfully challenged, and supported in making meaningful shifts in how they lead, decide, and sustain themselves.
Camille’s work integrates executive coaching, holistic wellbeing, leadership strategy, psychoneuroimmunology-informed insight, and regenerative practices. Her approach is grounded, discerning, warm, and direct, creating the kind of environment where leaders can tell the truth, reconnect with what matters, and leave with renewed capacity for the work ahead.

Participation is intentionally limited to preserve depth of conversation, meaningful connection, and individual attention. Each leader is thoughtfully considered to ensure the group dynamic remains aligned, grounded, and generative.
Confidentiality Matters
To preserve the integrity of the experience and honor every participant, all leaders are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to attending.
We believe meaningful leadership conversations require trust. This agreement exists to honor and protect you and others in the space, creating an environment where participants can engage honestly, reflect openly, and explore challenges with confidence.
Investment
The investment is $2,500 when paid in full.
A payment plan is available at four payments of $650. The payment plan total reflects payment processing and administrative costs associated with installment billing.
